Portfolio Multi-Family Residential Curry Village

Nestled in Yosemite National Park, Curry Village is a joint project between UPA and Miller/Watts Constructors to provide new employee housing facilities and associated infrastructure in Yosemite National Park. Curry Village consists of 28 buildings, 136 units and 216 dormitory-style beds arranged in four distinct pods. A common building open to all employees services each pod and features ground-loop heating and cooling utilities. The project totals more than 77,000 square feet with one and two-story wood-framed units, a storage building, an activity center and four common buildings. Curry Village also includes more than 80,000 square feet of parking and roads.
