Portfolio Urban High-Rise Charleston Place

Currently in the planning and development stages, Charleston Place is a 15-storey, mixed-use residential and commercial destination, destined to be a landmark building in the heart of downtown Langley. Inspired by classic New York architecture, Charleston Place will include six storeys of professional space, anchored by a vibrant street-level mix of retail outlets, cafes and restaurants with above-ground parking. The seventh floor will offer a spacious roof-top garden, guest suites, and a multi-purpose event area. Nine floors of luxury residential condominiums with underground parking for residents completes the picture.
